Whether you are planning an event for many attendees or a meeting for a few co-workers, we are able to provide almost all of your technical needs. From basic materials like easels and podiums, to more complicated equipment such as microphones and projectors, you will find that the Pontiac Convention Center is equipped with state-of-the-art audio and visual technology.  

The Baby Grand Room features a drop-down screen and mounted projector with easy VGA hookups that provide several different options for presentation in the room. Our stage is equipped with multiple Ethernet and phone line inputs, and you will find plenty of electrical outlets strategically placed throughout the facility. Our in-house technicians can monitor your event and assist you while the equipment is in use.

Directional monitors located above each of the rooms add a welcoming feel to your event and can be customized with your company's logo or event information. Wireless internet access is available through the facility, and we also offer complete filming and editing capabilities on-site.
